    Fabulous

Staff was excellent. They totally stood out from moment we arrived. Rooms were decorated very nicely. As a frequent visitor to Savannah, I had my eye on this inn. Our decision to stop in Savannah was a last minute one and we gave Olde Harbor a try. Would definitely return.

New furniture, the location is next of the historical area, ice cream provided in the afternoon.

Staff was not welcoming, room distribution, poor parking space (my rental car was damaged front of the hotel), the breakfast is very limited.

Breakfast was really good. Room was exceptional!

Bathroom was small and parking was terrible. Pay to park and you may have to park away from Hotel.

Great location, although a bit tricky to find it coming off the cobblestone boat ramp. Staff was friendly. Towels were soft. Beautiful old building. Spacious suites. Decent breakfast. Ice cream bars in the evening! Would definitely stay there again.

The parking can be tricky but we were lucky enough to find a spot by hotel. Didn't have to pay because we stayed on a Sunday night and left next morning. Otherwise, you have to pay a daily rate.

Historic building location on the riverfront within steps of plenty of shops and bars and restraints and tourist options. The hotel suites are gorgeous! Contemporary-cool (even though the building itsel is very old and historic) with an artistic touch and VERY large! You enter your space as you would an apartment; from walking to it (outdoors) from the attached office into a secured vestebule and to your private door. The bed was phenomenal: nice linens and very comfortable and high quality. Very spacious as well. The bathroom however could have a modernization to get away from the pedestal sink and old fashioned shower in the tub. But a little kitchenette area with a full fridge and freezer and micro and sink IN A SEPERATE AREA!! So actually it looks like a one bedroom apartment! The staff brings a Klondike Ice Cream Bar at turn down service! The people that work here are incredibly friendly and sincere. The breakfast (complementary) was VERY nice. They also have a free computer you can use to print off your boarding passes for your flight out and it's a short drive to Savannah Airport. I'm planning to go back in September and am going to call to hopefully get a room here again. I highly encourage whomever is reading this to get away from the chain hotels (even the upscale ones) and try this property. This is made for several nights stay due to the large area in the apartment like suite. I plaid $230 ish a night and worth every penny. One more thing: complementary happy hour of hor'dourves, cheeses and wine: very chic. I will stay here again in a heartbeat!

It is on a high traffic street (foot traffic) as it's the river walk so noise from people at the bars is noticeable at night. Parking is also terrible; free but congested. But this wouldn't stop me from coming back.

This INN is spotless! Klondike bar left in the icebox as a turn down treat! Such a sweet touch. Entire Staff is friendly and engaging, anytime and overtime they are seen.

    Superb

Charming historic inn. Staff are so welcoming and helpful. We had some trouble figuring out where to park, but when we called, they asked what kind of car we were driving and waited outside for us to circle the block. Parking charge was only $14 for 48hrs. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated suite. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this inn. So much better than the typical chain hotel!

The room was beautiful! Very nice decorations and clean. It was quiet and the view from the bedroom was perfect. It rained on the night they were supposed to have Friday night fireworks on the river but we stayed in the room and watched from the window. Perfect! There was also an ice cream waiting for us in the fridge every night.

The last night no one came to clean or anything maybe it was an off day not sure. But had such a great time and the staff were so friendly I couldn't really complain.

    Superb

Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Although we did not partake of all the items available, the bacon was excellent. Brittany was fantastic. Always on the go making sure everyone had what they needed. The daily wine and cheese demonstrates that the South still believes in offering hospitality. Our accommodations consisted of three well appointed rooms including two TVs. We enjoyed watching the tug boats traveling the river. Must stop at Leopold's for ice cream.

GPS does not work once you get to Bay St. We could see the hotel from Bay St. but had a hard time finding the right access road to get there. Once we checked in we parked our car and walked everywhere. To really enjoy and explore the area staying at Old Harbour Inn you need to be able to navigate one flight of steps because it is a historic building and does not have an elevator.

The biscuits were amazing. My gf smelled burning late one night which was assign of the spirit that roams the property.

I love everything about this hotel from the friendly staff, to the old vintage feeling, to the turn down service with ice cream. Its like you have your own little apartment in the best location in the world.
